There are approximately one gajillion poker websites on the internet. Ok, so a search at google brings up 199,000,000 this afternoon, but there might be some hiding out there that google doesn't know about yet. And, even though the overwhelming majority of them are not at all helpful, there is some fantastic poker information out there if you know where to look.
That's the reason for this page. I can't list every site of merit, but here are some high quality poker sites that may help you in your quest for more poker knowledge:
Card Games - from Pagat. A collection of rules to various card games, including lots of poker variants. There's also a huge collection of links from which you can surf to a ton of sites.
Poker Pages - is a huge site that you can use to find a ton of poker information. Articles, news updates, I think they have a player's club. The thing has a whole team of people working on it, so there's always fresh, top-notch stuff to check out.
Home Poker Tourney - is a complete guide on hosting a poker tournament. They have rules, equiptment reviews, forums, and guidance from one who has done this several hundred times, not just read about it in a book.
Two Plus Two - poker info from David Sklansky and the rest of that book-writing crew of his. There are also some legendary forums here that are so active, it's almost impossible to keep current with them.
Strategy Poker - is a growing site from the man who started Unknown Poker. It's a blossoming warehouse of poker articles that touch some wide ranging topics.
